I had to return two items of clothing from my order and for whatever reason only received a refund for one. I contacted the customer service team via WhatsApp and got through to Mia who promptly got back to me and sorted the issue out straight away, allowing me to get a full refund without hassle or fuss. Best customer service I’ve received in a very long time!
